Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, socks, pantyhose, leggings, innerwear, and similar personal-use items may not be accepted for return or exchange once opened, worn, washed, damaged, or used.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us quickly with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with the best solution.
